This is something most ordinary women wear everyday all the time. Then why is Rachel Bilson smoking hot in this otherwise ordinary outfit? I have three reasons: 1. The slightly off shoulder shirt with peeking strap. 2. Great accent leather belt. 3. She is just really hot, in any other outfit.
